El Ceviche is located right on St Vallier street and well worth the walk from town. It is authentic Peruvian cuisine run by a mom and pop set up. All of the food is homemade, authentic and prepared in an open kitchen.
The beef empanada tasted homemade and the avocado filled with shrimp was insane. The quesadilla is seriously the best I’ve ever had.
It’s a bright little restaurant with authentic decorations all over. They have Peruvian drinks as well both alcoholic and non.
The highlight are the owners who’ve brought their culture to this adorable place on the heart of Quebec.
