Usually open from 10am-5.30pm daily, this little fudge factory has been operating here in Quebec city since 1987. They have a huge variety of hand crafted candy to suit every chocolate lover.
Besides the attraction of tasting all the delicious chocolate, the museum gives visitors the opportunity to learn about chocolate making and watch the chocolatiers in action. The museum also displays artisan creations made ENTIRELY of chocolate for you to admire.
