This is one of the menus in town that left us wondering what we could order. We decided on various appetizers as things basically alluded us completely. They had Horse Tartar… I mean… raw Horse.
We ordered the Cotechino with all local ingredients.
The Buffalo Mozzarella in seaweed is shown in the pic and was incredible. Very well done and the seaweed while initially lead to emotional confusion was really a great touch. It added the salt and made it one of the best Buffalo Mozzarella we’ve had.
