Shogun Sushi is still operating in Quebec City, but the useful current version of this page should not read like a vague archive.

Shogun Sushi is located inside Hôtel Classique on boulevard Laurier in Sainte-Foy.
The hotel currently lists Shogun Sushi hours as 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday and 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Who the restaurant suits best
This is a practical option if you are staying in Sainte-Foy, shopping at Laurier Québec or looking for sushi away from the Old Quebec tourist core.
It also makes sense for groups because the menu covers both sushi and cooked Japanese dishes, which can make ordering easier when not everyone wants raw fish.
If you are staying inside Old Quebec, factor the distance into the decision. Shogun is not a quick walk from Château Frontenac.
Reservations, takeout and delivery
Hôtel Classique says reservations are not required for Shogun Sushi, although reserving can help during busy periods.

Shogun is most convenient when you are already using the west side of the city. Laurier Québec and Place Sainte-Foy are close to the hotel, and the Aquarium du Québec is a short drive away.
That makes lunch or dinner here easier to justify on a Sainte-Foy day than as a special trip from Lower Town. Build the meal around where you already are.
