Aspara is a Thai, Cambodian and Vietnamese restaurant in the upper town of Quebec, located right across the walls. It is near enough to the Citadel and Park Esplanade.

The food is extremely high quality and just a welcoming and beautiful atmosphere.
We would highly recommend the combo plates as they really give you a good overview and accommodate various tastes. They consist of four courses that you can customize to include pretty much anything on the menu that you’d like.
