A chain of French bistro restaurants owned by Resto Plasiris group. They also own Cafe du Monde as well as a few others. However, even though we said its a chain, each one is unique in its own way and very high quality.
We come every time for the Maple Glazed barbecue ribs but really you cannot go wrong with any of the choices. You can choose between a variety of French styled dishes: steak frites to escargot to everything in between. The food has consistently been good and we never get bored.
This is on our list of the Top 10 restaurants for Quebec City every time.
A few pro tips:
- Go to the Cochon Dingue by the Galeries de la Capitale as the one in town can sometimes get very busy.
- The kids menu is one of the best we have seen, three courses for about $8.
- At the end of the meal the kids get to choose a little toy from the bin.
