Baie de Beauport shifted from daytime recreation area to ticketed concert venue for the event. Sara Diamond and Kingdom Street performed before Flo Rida.
Once the headliner appeared, the crowd sang along and danced while the beach, food trucks, and open layout gave attendees more ways to experience the show than a conventional indoor venue. People could move toward the crowd or remain farther back near the beach atmosphere.
