If you have the type of kids who love nature and seeing animals, there’s a one stop museum that is basically filled to the brim with fossils and stuffed animals of nearly every type. Located about 30 minutes from town, it’s quite an affordable $10 for adults and six dollars for a teen. Opened in 2021 it’s a nice edition to the area.
They even have this really cute feature for the little ones to give them a stool so they can reach up at each one of the exhibits.
It is stuffed to the brim to such a degree that is the kind of place that has much more to it than I originally expected. It’s exceptionally well organized and for that kid who you can’t get enough of nature is a great stop on your way to Charlevoix. Or maybe you’ll stop on the way to Beaupre .
